Olympus Professional Dictation products are available exclusively though our network of Certified Dealer Partners – experts trained in configuring the most cost-effective dictation and transcription solutions.

Due to the increased global demand on the Olympus Dictation Delivery Service (ODDS), dictation files have been taking longer than usual to process.  We experienced intermittent outages recently, causing a backlog of dictations.

At this time our Olympus server is online and pending dictations are currently being sent to the recipients.  The Olympus R&D team has been, and will continue to work diligently with our Vendor to fully resolve any additional underlying issues.

We expect all pending ODDS dictation files will be processed within the day.  Despite the system delay, rest assured that all dictations are safe and secure, and no data will be lost.  We understand the urgency and continued pressure of business continuity during this unprecedented time, and are sensitive to any additional strain that these delays cause.
