The SC-1 Barcode Scanner Module enables automatic allocation of voice files to unique client, patient or case records. Linking dictations directly to records guarantees conclusive and secure identification, eliminates the potential for typing errors and boosts workflow efficiency, cost effectiveness and accuracy.

The SC-1 Barcode Scanner Module has been specifically designed for use with the DS-5000ID and DS-5000 attaching to the SD slot on top of the dictation device.

The SC-1 will scan barcodes up to 30 digits in length.

AN IMPRESSIVE WORKING RANGE

The SC-1 is able to scan barcodes as far away as 25cm (10 in).
